My stay at Pousada Vila Minas was exceptional in every way. The staff, led by the incredibly kind and attentive Sissi and Igor, truly went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised when they found my lost bracelet and returned it promptly, showcasing their exceptional attention to detail. The room was not only spacious, clean, and well-maintained but also featured a cozy sitting area perfect for relaxation. The flexibility offered, with breakfast served until noon and a generous late checkout time of 2:00 pm, added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The hotel's exceptional service and attention to guest satisfaction made for an unforgettable experience, setting a new standard for accommodation excellence in my travels.
